I believe ketchup to be a kick ass condiment and it goes well with its chosen foods:)
And YES eggs are one of them!

One I don't quite understand... Ketchup flavored potato chips:rolleyes:
It's great with fries but I can't seem to make the translation to potato chips!

You silly silly people... the only time eggs and ketchup are acceptable is when it's in a breakfast roll

btw... a breakfast roll is when you get all this (minus the oj) and put it in a buttered baguette and smothered in ketchup:

It's good with scrambled eggs and omelettes.

:) Salsa, however, is something I really enjoy! Plus, it is great with eggs. :D

You can get smaller ones, which are still freakin' huge, but this thing gets you through the day. Defonte's is a holdover in Red Hook from the On the Waterfront-style days. The sandwiches are still sized to sate/slay a stevedore's appetite.

I have a picture of my daughter, who may have not even been two at the time, eating one. I'm not going to post it, but it was about as big as her.

You must be looking at the imitator/offshoot in Manhattan. I've never paid $9 at the Red Hook shop. I'm not saying that I wouldn't -- just saying that I haven't.

This thing is breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
