This girl at work has some eyebrows lthat ook like Bert from Ernie and Bert! Crazy ass brows...she doesn't even comb them or anything!
Then there are the girls who take it a bit far and draw their eyebrows on to where it's just a very thin pencil line! WEIRD!

mine are tattooed on. i used to work in a salon and she specialized in it.. so i tried it! worst pain ever but it keeps that arch that you want.
