    Well, it would be hard for me to PM the person. I would find it socially awkward, in that I really don't know the right way to frame the question without it being taken the wrong way. To be serious for a minute, if this person had real concerns about this problem, why not write the mods? Surely, fraud of this type must be against some Pit rules? The need for the OP to put something up like this smells of revenge, if it is not a hoax.
