    me either..there's too much pressure.
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

I usually just tell them to call me back if I get their voice mail.

i prefer EMAIL in all cases :p:D

when i have to leave a vm (business) i pretend i'm a professional announcer....sure as shit is better than the vedder impersonation i usually do with friends and family ;):D
  • Just think about what you're going to say and....talk

    lol...

and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions

    Okay YES me too! :p

But that wasn't an option cutback! :p

If it is at work, definitely email. If I HAVE to call, I silently say wishes that VM will pick up so I don't have to deal with the people.

If it isn't work related, I'd rather text someone.

Maybe the OP has a problem with being "breezy." (hehe there was an episode of Friends where they talked about this). :D

I do, but still. I don't like it. I don't like leaving messages and I don't like checking messages. Bullshit.

  • I have a fear that I always end up sounding like a douche when I leave an answer phone message, so I try to avoid doing it.

You could end your messages with "muthafucka!"

And listening to others' is bad too. I find myself wondering, what are these upcoming messages that I probably don't want to hear and deal with.

I love when people leave a long message and they forget to say their #.

My brain races too fast, looking for the next sentence when leaving a work message. I find I repeat myself as well. I always hang up and Im like SHIT, i forgot a major piece of info....

When I leave a message for a friend, its always something stupid so there is no pressure.

I prefer phone calls when I can make them than text messaging or email.
