    The guy gave her the login.. I don't see how that is hacking. This is where it gets gray for me. If I allow you into a password protected account of mine by giving you that password, how are you hacking?

    That's why it's forbidden in the ToS of most games to share password info. Those who share password info are usually sanctioned as harshly as those who misused the account.
