Who's getting the new Kurt Cobain book?

edited October 2008 in All Encompassing Trip
That's the good thing about Xmas season. I'm almost done with the Couture and Marcia Brady book and waiting for Artie Lange's.

In the meantime, this looks interesting:

Wow I didn't know there was another one.. I'd like to check it out, the whole thing about what happened is so sad.. he was way to young :(

stupid question but looking at your location, is that a tribute to "Into the Wild" or do you live in a trailer park? By the way, I love NH and plan on skiing Gunstock sometime this winter.

I liked Cross' Heavier Than Heaven, so I will probably wind up picking this one up.

Im just going to take a guess and say this is probably the 5th or more biography of his. I think we know enough about him by now. Lame

I don't know how much of this is from his own diary entries. If anyone reads this, let us know how good it is.

yes yes yes now that i know this exists ill be on the lookout for it. such a fucking waste.
anyhoo... in my mind kurt would be more heavily into his art than his music these days. he would have sloughed off that nirvana detritus long ago. hed still be playing music but it wouldnt be his primary focus. hed be exhibiting alone. and with his daughter. and he would have entered his forties gracefully. slightly dishevelled but still with grace. :)

and oh yeah for all you haters, hed still be with miss courtney. :p:)
    hear my name
    take a good look
    this could be the day

  • Liked 'Heavier Than Heaven" also read another Nirvana biography entitled "Never Fade Away" which was really good. Not sure If I'll pick this one up I have the Kurt Cobian journals so I don't know if getting this would make sense. If anyone picks it up definitely let us know how it is.
