Just scored a Katowice 1 from 2000 at a local music shop

How was this show, I'm loading it into my computer now, and if I remember correctly, this was a well received show, or was that the second show? Either way, it's the first non-"store only (the 2003 shows)" bootleg I've ever seen at a store, so I grabbed it.

    The much talked about show is the second one, but the first day was also pretty good...

    IT rare that you can find a 2000 boot in the stores nowdays.I got lucky and found several whenI lived near La Crosse.

    great shows! i just find myself not listening to them alot because for some reaosn just about all my 2000 shows the quality is good, but the volume is so fucking quiet i cant stand it. makes them so hard to listen to.

    Agreed. I am sure if the sound was a little better, (or louder) I would play these shows more. Europe is even worse that North America though, which is too bad because there were some great shows, but the sound is so low I never listen to them.
    words seem so out of place.

    I've been finding a bunch of 2000 bootlegs in the used bins at record stores recently. They seem to be much more common that the 2003's.

    Lately I've picked up Katowice (not sure if it's 1 or 2 -- it's #16 in the set though), Seattle (#72 - it's my third copy, but I couldn't pass it up!), London, Wales, and Milan.

    Any/all are up for trade if anyone is looking to build their collection.

    Yeah, you can find them in used stores sometimes. I went to a CD World last year and asked if they had any. Some guy had just traded in 20 of them.

    Both those Katowice shows are great. worth owning as a package.
