Passed my nursing boards!!!!

Woo!! Hoo!!! I passed my nursing boards!! I am now officially a registered nurse! I took the test on Thursday and thought I definetely bombed it, then I went to Eddie's show at the NJPAC to get my mind off it (thans Eddie!!). Had to wait until Saturday to get my results (that was painful). Wow, I still can't believe it. Anybody want a check-up? lol

    It really takes a special kind of person to be a nurse. I had some of the most wonderful nurses take care of my son while he was recovering from 3 different open heart surgeries. The nurses were the buffer between the docs and myself and I couldn't appreciated them more :)

    I hope your son is doing well. I had the same experience when my oldest son was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 9 (he's 19 now). It was the care that he received from the nurses that made me want to be a nurse. Good luck to you and DON'T give up (even when it feels like your not going to make it)!!
