    This year I've learned that I was trusting way too many people. A few of them turned their backs and betrayed me. My 'circle of trust' has grown smaller.

    Once someone loses my trust, it's rarely possible for them to get it back. The times I have chosen to trust someone after they've screwed me over, I've just ended up more screwed in the end.
