    I work most Saturdays, always have done. I used to long for Saturdays off when I was younger, now I'd rather go to work...for a few hours anyway, half a day maybe.

    If it were my fault, or I had known in advance I wouldn't mind.
    It always ends up being someone's doing though and I never know until 5 on friday!

    I'm in corporate finance and accounting for the time being. Sounds lousy, I know. It's not really my thing at all but I came into this job when I was unemployed and needed a paycheck. I'm hoping to get out soon and get something that better fits my interests and training.

    I get calls all weekend, every weekend. So even if I'm not in the office, I'm always working to a certain extent. I'm used to walking out of a resturant or the store to take calls. But some days it gets old.

    I've also noticed a lot of clients starting to call after nine at night. I only recently figured out why. Cell phone minutes are free! It's RUDE! Respect my life would you please?

    Oh that's REALLY annoying!!
    Several years ago I had this job where my bosses would be in Europe or Asia or whatever and if they called at like midnight or whatever I'd have to go pull up whatever they needed and get it to them, which often required going to the office.

    I'm IT Help Desk for a company. So on the weekend it is especially dead. I'm basically just here in case of emergency. I do a couple things here and there :)

    IT! Cool. A good friend of mine works in that field also.
    I needed you yesterday, I couldn't get online and I called my ISP and they were like, 'um, the problem is with the computer, ' and basically they couldn't help me
    The problem was that I downloaded XP service pack 3 and I got all messed up. I took it off, and it works!

    Geesh! Well if I knew what you did, I would have asked you! actually I asked my friend and he told me what to do and it still didn't work

    so I had to call the ISP and they told me the same thing my friend did,
    and then they asked did you download something? I was like "aha!" I'll never do that again! I hate computers :)
