  • I was born there, so I count myself as British too.

I could murder a pie, a pint, and some mushy peas.

My wife was born in Oldham.
    Just outside Manchester.
My mum was born in Scotland.
Went to a Tommy Thomsons chip shop in Middleton all hung over one time, and this girl sat right across from me with a huge plate of mushy peas.
Granted that was the end of my fish and chips.
    Boddies is a great beer.
    Gotta love the Brits.
Thank them for everything we have.

  • Hi! Lovely day! I'm not planning on going anywhere now though. It's getting too late for me. If I didn't have a child, it would be good pub garden weather. :)
  • I am not British. But I like British television. :p

    I have to study. :(

I'm doing it beside a window though. :)

And does anybody know how much it costs to survive in london for a weekend? I have food and accommodation, but I'm gonna be using the tube a lot. Any ideas?

The tube is like £6 for a day pass I think. You can check on the underground website... but I can't be bothered checking for you :D
