It was really an album that got me hooked. VS was the album. Then I got into Ten.

Early 92. Hearing the song Once blaring out of my neighbor's dorm room. I was high and sitting in a banana chair spacing out when I heard this music that I had never heard before. Also, I have always been a music snob, so I don't usually just hear something new and get all excited. This time though I immediately went to his room and asked what he was listening to. I borrowed it later that day. Bought my own copy the next...

Black, MTV unplugged. Watching Eddie near the end was like what hearing the Beatles for the first time must have been like for my parent's generation. Mesmerising.
