I am not one to start a thread by any means! However, being "Irish" is a HUGE part of my life. Always celebrated St Patrick's Day. Sorry for those that dislike this Holiday. Went to Ireland for the first time - three years ago. Arrived in Shannon - but my destination was Kilkenny. Stayed in a few B&B's - lovely people. However - in one particulare pub - one group of people (upon recognizing we were American) just couldn't help but point out to us (quote) "What a dickhead our President is." (Unquote) Like I know him personally or something. Other than that I had a very fabulous time and plan to return next year! I love Ireland! Happy St. Patrick's Day to all of the Irish people on this thread!
