for damaging my new bass cab so badly that it looks/sounds shoddy. I now must repack this monstrous thing. :(

    I just had a similar situation with DHL. Those rat bastards made me jump thru every hoop imaginable before they paid my claim. I really think they were trying to wear me down and make me give up. But in the end, justice (me) prevailed!!! :D
