moving advice

Ok, so I am closing on my first condo next month, and need some advice.

First of all, (Massachusetts residences especially), where is a good place to get furniture-ie, bedroom set/couch?

thanks for any info you can give me

as a side note, I have been dying to put up my PJ fleet center poster, but have been saving it for my first place...can't wait to finally use it.

    Yep, I'm about 40ish minutes to the south from where you're moving to. I drive by there basically every Friday to go to Littleton to get my son. I also used to accounts in that area so I'm pretty familiar.

    As far as the furniture, there is a Cardi's furniture in S. Attleboro. It probably a half an hour drive from you but they usually have good deals.

    Foxboro Furniture would also be one to check out. That's a little closer to you.

    IKEA!


    i love, love, love IKEA.
    don't go for their cheap stuff...but their best stuff. still very reasonably priced, but great deisgn, well-sized, and just...good. :)

    love pottery barn, restoration hardware...but far too pricey. crate & barrel and west elm have good stuff too, bit better priced than the first 2, but none the less....i always do well with IKEA.

    i LOVE that place!
    and i love, love, love good design...especially for great prices...and LOVE getting new furniture, dishes, gadgets...oooooooooooooo. i love changing things up at home, so much fun! ENJOY every minute of it!


    we just bought a beautiful new sofa at ikea last december.....new TV and media stand...painted the LR a beautiful red....i just love change in decor!


    (the sofa came from ikea...stockholm in brown leather, love it!)
