i just took twice my usual dosage of sleep meds.

the big problem is that i already take twice the amount.

so.....thats, what, four times the amount the dr. perscribed?


LOL looks like im not going to have a very productive day tomorrow.

    its cool, ive been doing it for about a year.

    what happened tonight was that i just forgot that i took it already.

    my GF woke up right when i was setting the meds back down, and asked what the hell i was doing.
    she then reminded me that i took them already a few hours ago.

    thats prob. why i didnt remember, cause they were not doing shit tonight.

    its Ambien, im not really worried, it barely works for me. im just betting on being out of it tomorrow.

    the large amount of alcohol i've consumed with it though, thats a different story. lol

    I had a friend die due to mixing prescription cold medicine, alcohol, and sleeping pills.

    all is okay, i finally fell asleep around 6 this morning, just woke up a bit after noon. gottta say, that was the best 6 hours of sleep ive had in a year. slept right through, which i never do. would prob. still be sleeping , but my dogs started barking at something outside.
    i feel refreashed!!!
