Do the mods EXPLAIN when then delete your thread??

I just started a thread which asked a question...

Then, **POOF**, it was gone. I didn't think it was anything inappropriate.

They ought to tell me what I did wrong. Otherwise, how will I ever learn? :p

    I agree, I moderate another music site and I do send out an email as to why a thread was deleted. However not when I move a thread or if it's spam or porn. Actually spammers get banned.

    I don't think they usually do tell you why. You can usually figure it out yourself.

    ha! it would be a miracle of the mods took responsibility for their actions but alas they don't...it seems like right now the uptight mods are in charge so posting anything other than the normal boring crap is out....maybe next week the usually sane and sometimes fun kat and sea will return...until then, let's be careful out there ;):)

    Some users have been taken to a small dark room and been beaten about the head with thick pieces of insulated wire...

    It's pretty bad sometimes... I've lost a finger on my right hand.

    It's my fault for clicking on "I agree" when signing up....that's what my lawyer tells me.

    The band has not okayed videotaping their shows and they respectfully request that people not do it.

    How can someone need artwork for a videotape that doesn't exist?

    The Posting Guidelines at the top of every forum usually explain any deletions. Thanks for reading them over again...everyone agreed to them when registering.

    i had my signature deleted earlier.. i wasnt informed but it was the most annoying signature on the planet... so i can see why it was removed :D
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
