Are MLS CHAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!

Fuck yeah. Looooooooong road to this moment.Haven't been into them as much the last 5-6 years , but I would still keep an eye on the stats.

On top of that Our very Buckeyes trounced the Michicant wolverines. Although it would have been more fun if they had showed up to play!!!!

Now Let's Go JACKETS!!!!!

Congratulations but DC UNITED is still the beast of MSL and the Bruins rule for the time being. :)

Congrats to the Crew. They were the consistently best team this year, and deserved the win. It was nice to see playoffs with Real Salt Lake and Chivas, the Crew & the Redbulls. A nice break from Houston & DC United all the time. You guys better lock up Sigi, because he's become a hot comodity. Seattle still hasn't announced their coach, and I'd love to steal him from you.

    Congrats to the Crew!

Except their logo looks looks a "Generra" sweater from the Eighties.

Enjoy it while it lasts, It will the Sounders and the new Portland team in the future running things. :D

Those teams/games should be interesting considering the weather up there. What type of stadium is being proposed?

I think the Seattle team is playing at Qwest field.

The proposed Portland team will be playing at PGE park which is where our minor league baseball and Portland St. football team plays.

The weather won't be much of an issue for most of the season though.

being a defender some extra shoves and elbows were tolerated by the refs.

Yup, Seattle's playing at Qwest. They're only selling the lower bowl, so around 24,500 seats. We've already sold 18,000 season tickets (I've got mine 2nd row behind the Sounders bench!) and we've only annouced 4 players, and no coach. So after this weeks expansion draft, and a coach announcement in the next few weeks, we should see another bump in season ticket sales.

    Can't wait for 2009!

Which is a tag line for the Crew.

The Columbus Crew - America's Hardest Working Team.

They've got A big banner up that says Caution - Men At Work. It's kinda cool cause the freeway sort of curves around the property the stadium is on.
