My choice Fenway Park, just kidding. :) I can't wait to visit the Washington Nationals New Stadium.

Here's the article Here Comes The Super Stadiums

OMG, you got that right. Those seats are certainly from another era, man and woman has grown in size and stature. Damn those seats are tight and uncomfortable.

Try being 6 foot 9 and fitting into those fucking things. I'm going to a game on May 4th and then I'll be in traction on the 5th.

:D That's halarious, I feel your pain as much as the pain in my foot as we speak.

I went to a Sox/Yanks game about 5 years ago after a buddy got married. We went with 6 people, none of whom were under 6 feet and the weight ranged from 180-330 lbs. That was the most uncomfortable I think I've ever been.

I tell ya what it felt like, take the foot you're having pain in and then find the nearest door and slam it in there once or twice.

The kicker was I had to drive, everyone else was drinking so they could tolerate it with the booze.

    Sorry about your foot.

I agree, why have such a nice park and a bunch of scrubs playing in it. Sort of like what has happened with the baltimore O's.

  • Of course depends what makes stadium cool; comfortable seats and great hot dogs or the atmosphere?

I've always loved to see games at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan. It's not the same as it once was but it still is a great place.

Kadikoy Stadium in Istanbul on the other hand is far from cool. They don't call it hell for nothing. Would be nice to visit tho.

I agree with the stadium. If Dave Littlefield was still GM we would just lose the park in the Rule 5 draft.

:D I've been stressing over my foot and the hobbling around I've been doing over the past week. Surgery appears to be my only cure. However, your laughter is making much easier to bare. :)

I hope the day will come when a NEW stdium is built for The Boston Redsox cause the seating REALLY sucks especially if you're a big guy like myself.

Like I've always said, there are two places I really appreciate only being 5'6" ... airplanes and Fenway Park.

Didn't they go through Wrigley and redo all the seats? I went there in the late 90s ... probably my favorite ball park experience (Note, I've been to Fenway no less that 250 times, so, that's out of the running). Plenty of room for seating, fun neighborhood, good times there!

Mentioned above ... Dodgers / Chavez Revine - loved it, great setting ... and don't believe the comments about the fans, the ones that come are EXTREMELY passionate.

My local parks ... both ends of the specturm ....

Giants - AT&T Park - Been there about 25 times, I really like the park, the weather, can be dicey. But the park itself, the amenities, very nice!

Oakland - McAfee Coliseum - I only go there when the Sox are in town ... and even that is too much ... by far, the worst park for baseball I've been to. Wasn't made for baseball, and it shows.

I'm going to try and hit up Petco in San Diego or Safeco in Seatlle this summer, heard they were both great.

amazing, they sucked, but tickets were still impossible to come by as Bonds chased the record .... REALLY happy he's gone ... now, can get tickets easily ... because they still suck.

That Zito signing is one of the worst signings EVER.
