My Neighbor Killed a Bird's Nest For the Second Year In a Row

It's getting on my nerves, he only works on his yard when I work on mine. He can NEVER keep up cause I'm ALWAYS working on mine yard. I'd be out there now like I was through the 1st quarter of the Celts game but it's pouring rain outside.

I want to say something to this idiot in that today the bird came back looking to care for the nest. The edges where the nest was built he cut down again. I was wondering where all these little blue eggs were coming from on my lawn.

He's an old cheap fellow, nice but cheap he puts nothing into his yard, his wife does.

I think I'm going to gently say something, like you're cutting down a bird's nest just wait till after they have left the nest.

    Learn what kind of bird it is....threaten to call the Federal/State Wildlife in, if it is a migratory bird.....seriously.

    That sucks..he sounds like a jerk. I have neighbors like that.
    These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    There is a specific bird that you are supposed to destroy the nest, because the birds kill too many other birds or something. I'd have to check with my mom, but I think she was told to destroy her sparrow nest. She never can do it though, because she loves all birds.

    House (English) Sparrows are invasive non-native species, as are European Starlings, and yes, it is a good thing to prevent them for expanding the ranks here in the U.S.
