Hey now world and wonderful Pearl Jam fans. I missed all the east coast shows but what a MESS in Vegas. That is, it was Mainly Eat & Exercise Sex Sleep & Shows.

We stayed @ The Hilton Grand Vacation Club with a full kitchen and washer/dryer and jacuzzi 23rd floor. We first shopped for our groceries $300 + beer & alchol. We made kale and brocholi omlets every morning along with 2 & half hour workouts in the am. My lady is a personel trainer for the wealthy and she put me through some hell of a workouts that I'm walking funny now. :) Then steam spa treatments once or sometimes twice a day. Made our own lunches and dinners.

She had to go dancing which we did on the 51st floor of the RIO Casino Hotel rooftop, outside with ALL of the Strip below. That was about 3 hours of almost nonstop dancing. I saw Bellagio and the fountains but that part of town was too crowded and we headed back to the our North end of town near the Stratosphere where we stayed.

Stopped by Freemont St and the old LV Strip, saw the Chippindales which lead to dancing in the Rio. Saw the HBO PPV Championship Fight on Saturday between Diaz & Pacquino and the Pacman knocked Diaz out with a beautiful short right in the 9th round (6 hours of boxing). Squeezed in a show with Carrot Top comedy show which was great then a Sexual/Sensual Musical show called Zumanity to closed off the night. If THAT show doesn't get you ready for f**king something is surley wrong.

This was the greatest time for the both of us and we didn't spend a ton of money, looked for the deals and made deals. The BEST part though we didn't spend a DO$$AR on any of the Casino floors. Nothing, Nadda and came away memories of a vacation we won't forget anytime soon.

Now we await our 8 day Carribean Cruise at the end of this month with our children. Glad to be back. :)

Peace

NY PJ1 not a penny, just not our thing. I did watch the roulette table once and that seemed exciting but ALL the rest with the smoking just wasn't for us. The trip was about us NOT Vegas, LV just happened to be the destination and I know i'm forgetting something but my head is spinning now and it's time to get back to work.

    Nice to hear from ya.

Sure did till the last few nights when we had to move to another hotel near the southern end of the strip near the main strip. That's when we saw the fights, shows and more dancing at the Imperial Palace, MGM Grand and Margaritaville. We took the deuce buses to get around and only cabs when we were too tired.

It was so much fun, we will be back. I'm off to work smiling. :)

I swear, you tell us about your carribean cruise... and I may just hit breaking point

:p just kidding! Glad you'd a great time (much as it pains me to say that) :D

We hit the Rio also for the club on the 51st floor

That was the only cool thing about the club was the view

The Ghostbar at the PALMS was awesome ! Great music and atmosphere

We wanted to see Zumanity but we already bought tix for O at the Bellagio before our trip

The smoking would keep me out of the casinos too.....plus there are too many western U.S. birds to be seen in and around Vegas that I have never seen to keep me occupied.

Pretty much the same as my day to day existence here in Vegas, except for the sex and the shows. Both happen, but not all that often! :p

We went one of the clubs called The Rockhouse which played hip hop and rock with a very good DJ. Being a former dj he was on it with videos, the place had a lot of brothers in there dancing what my lady called gangster. Something where you barely move to the beat then dip and you just look tough. She had her red hair flairing all over the place with cigarette smoke making the place extremely stuffy.

That place had the best music and Magaritaville was the worst too much live rock.

The Rockhouse is an awesome place if you're not looking for one of the trendy, way overpriced clubs. Last time out we went to some clubs, but we prob had the best time at the Rockhouse.

It was fun seeing those girls pole dance and 2-4 dance in the bird cage. Even the bar tender babe swing from the tire. My lady got jealous when some drunk girl came up hugging me asking about the HBO champiomship fight and my shirt. I could barely answer her before she yanked me away.

    I'm on a tight leash. :)
