I don't remember the last time i had a flu shot, probably since my early teen years. But I never really need them anyways...
Overall illnesses and diseases, I haven't been affected by much...maybe chicken pox as a kid but that's about it. The last 10 years or so, I've only gone to the hospital for school or work related requirements.
I used a lot of alternative medications in my life though, so I guess that has helped and worked. It almost got my mother into trouble when I was a kid because the school nurse thought I had been beated but it was part of an medication cream that made red markings on my body- they slow dissolved though, and your sickness goes away as well.

3 weeks ago i told friends i hadn't been sick/ill in any shape of form since January this year when i was bitten by a spider and ended up in hospital
the next day i slipped on a banana peel and did my neck
other than those 2 incidents ditto for me
