Pre-nups generally aren't entered into in the UK as the starting point is that they are not legally enforcable here for public policy reasons (undermining the institution of marriage) a court would probably take them into consideration when deciding a divorce judgement ... here you wouldn't expect people (even the very wealthy) to have entered into one.

She's going to be the most hated person in the UK. On the TV this morning she was whingeing about the settlement. She's lost contact with reality, there were people watching that who struggle to pay their bills. Hopefully the Judge can lock her up for a few days as she is in contempt for blabbing her mouth.

I'm not sure if she got famous for just saying it... I'm pretty sure something did happen between them but the fact that she made a career BASED on being a marriage wrecking slut... even poking fun at the whole situation any chance she gets. She was the one who went public with the whole thing and all. I kinda feel sorry for those whose stories are leaked and didn't ask for any of it... but Loos wanted it all.

I think it's also jealousy, I mean millions of people their entire lives just to pay the rents, bills and mortgages. Mills just fucked, not any famous person, nut an ex-Beatles for her millions. So I can see why there's a huge backlash against her. Yeh, I agree. I don't understand hatred of people like that or how people can get so 'involved' in their marriage and divorce without having being there. I don't care for either of them, Paul OR Heather cos I think what they're BOTH doing to their daughter is disgusting... just to get one over on eachother.
