    I don't know if instant oatmeal counts, but it is quick. About a minute in the microwave, and I have it most weekday mornings. Sometimes I take it in a cup in the car and eat it at the red lights.

    I love making whole wheat waffles, then I melt a piece of chocolate in each square and top with whipped cream. Goes great with a side of salty, scrabbled eggs, to offset the sugary syrup.
