Those without allergies would benefit as well-- flush out those nasty germs.
I think it feels really yucky (because it feels like getting water up your nose), but it does work.
Oh and make sure it's warm water; the cold water is the worst.
have you tried it? There isn't anything to be afraid of... just stick the thing up one nostril... lean over and pour. You won't drown, I promise!
