there's this cool pigeon/dove hanging around my building and the one next to it. :)

s/he's really pretty, long lean neck, shiny feathers in a beautiful dark smokey blue. :D for the past fortnight or so, when I've walked home from the busstop the bird's been hanging out under/around this balcony.

s/he's so pretty. makes my day everytime I see him/her.

don't think there's anything wrong with the bird, I'm not worried. s/he seems pretty calm and just likes to keep a close eye on things. not even startled when I walk by quite close.

Maybe it's tiny pigeon alarm clock didn't go off and it was late for it's daily surveying of the neighbourhood?

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

A bird flew into my patio doors a few weeks back at high speed and then crumpled in a twitching heap. I went and put some gloves on and helped it up. Its leg was snapped in two and it seemed pretty much dead so I was thinking of Like Suicide by Soundgarden and putting it out of its misery before it suddenly got enough energy to fly off :)

    Poor Pigy.

We have a lot of pigeons on our way to work. In fact, I consider them more of a hazard than the cars. Some of my thoughts towards those pigeons may have tainted the 'good vibes' I was trying to send your way. :o;)
Walking can be a real trip
