I've just had this scary realisation that my family is the same.

My partner is Peter, I'm Lois and Stewie is my son!

So... who else loves Family Guy? :o

So, you guys go around making meaningless and pointless pop culture references all day long, too? ;):D

I LOVED Daria. Some of the best subtle satire I've ever seen.

Did anyone see this week's Family Guy? The shot of Meg walking into her bedroom holding a pack of jumbo hotdogs saying "I'm gonna pretend you're the New York Knicks" nearly killed me.
    I love my female wife...
we sit around and wonder exactly why our marriage should feel threatened by gay marriage
  • I get "Darlene" from Roseanne every now and then.

It's fairly accurate, except when she was screwing David over with that Jimmy dweeb. That was mean & sucky. I'm not as bitingly sarcastic as Darlene was (out loud, anyway).
  • There was a bit in one show, where Lois is stood there in a black dress with a cigerette in her hand, lecturing everybody. I thought 'Oh my Goooowd, that's me!' :o

I swear my son is a secret genius but maybe that's a little biased.

    :p:p:p on the hotdog joke!!!

Daria was originally a character on Beavis & Butthead.
All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.

I didn't know that! It seems like a lifetime ago now.
  • Family Guy is the shit!! sat and watched the one where Peter goes to Ireland and finds his real dad the other night.... goddamn hilarious!! :D
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

  • Family Guy is very, very funny indeed.

I need to start getting it on dvd. I'll start at season 1 unless anyone says season 1 is crap.

I didn't mean to sound rude. I just thought it would be better than saying 'bloody well'... because I knew you'd take the mick.

...And you don't have to keep putting the winky smilie. It makes me feel guilty.

  • I love Family Guy, though I am slow at catching up with the newer episodes. Tonight I watched the Something, Something, Something Dark Side episode of Star Wars for the very first time. It was hilarious. My favorite moment was when Peter is about to be frozen and Lois, in tear, said to Peter: "I love you!" and Peter just said: "**** off!" This joke is funny, but so wrong on many level!
