I used to bite my nails when I was younger, and then I'd get them done with tips, to avoid chewing on them.

But as I got a bit older, I got out of that habit, and now I have nice long natural nails. They are all clean, the same length and very strong.

Eating healthy makes your nails grow nice and strong.

I also must have nail polish on my toes all the time, or they feel naked.

anyway, I am right there with you on the toes thing. feet are so gross; nail polish is a must on them..........I agree.
