    Spring :o

    Where it gets to minus *insert number here* and creates fog so dense one cannot see beyone 2cm.... :(


    Other than that, it's a GREAT season!!!

    Looking forward to beers in the hot afternoon sun with my feet dipped in the kids paddling pool, listening to the tic tocs (cicadas for all you "dorks") and enjoying daylight savings :D:D:D

    sydney had the coldest august it has had in 60 years or something!!
    this is also the first winter in a long time where i have not got sick :D

    oh no not creepy. back in the 70s when i was a lil'un i loved to climb trees down in the illawarra and collect those empty husks. it was like treasure. we also used to lay our heads on the railroad tracks listening for approaching trains... but please dont tell my mother about that. ;):D

    Oh whateva! I remember regretting not sitting down with you guys for a drink. That was the only downer about that whole show. I went with an old work friend who now lived in Vancouver and he was kind of a bump on a log, Im pretty sure I saw STB after the show and we were gonna meet up but we didnt.
    He ended up going home, I grabbed a burger and went back to my hotel room. Flew out early the next day.

    This time of year is the worst in Texas. I'm looking forward to cooler weather thats getting closer, but we still have alot of hot weather left.

    :D The phenomenon, (also known by others as Murphy's Law) is a well documented one in my family, commonly known as **insert my surname here** Law

    I give you the evidence:

    1. ~ I book a ticket with QANTAS, immediately I am in receipt of said ticket, the "near misses" and "near disasters" and a marked drop in their safety record begins. :eek:

    2. ~ As soon as it is confirmed I am going to LA, there is an earthquake. :eek:

    3. ~ As soon as I have a ticket and am looking to purchase traveller's cheques, the Australian dollar, sitting at about 97c against the greenback, suddenly takes a nose dive down to 83c. :rolleyes:

    STAND BY for my next trick, disease, pestilence and mayhem.

    I will be the ONLY Australian in living history mauled by a black bear, or flattened by an Orca or savaged by a squirrel. If there's an unusual occurrence to be had, rest assured I will be in the thick of it. It's not a question of IF but a question of WHEN and HOW? :p

    Honestly, you don't need to be a worry wart. :p You are blowing things out of proportion. ALTHOUGH I did read your thread about food and some of those foods you want to try will probably give you a heart attack :eek: haha.

    While you are getting attacked my Mickey and Friends I'll be getting attacked by sheep with fangs :rolleyes: so we can panic together :p
