    Nah, just his left arm is about twice the size of his right. Although i'd be happy with half his right...
    I imagine most tennis players are like this but just don't show it off.

    There's nothing wrong with his right arm, it's just twice the size of his left. It's his left that he needs to sort out.

    He plays left-handed so it's slightly bigger, but not to the extent that he's lopsided. During games his left is constantly flexed from his grip on the racket. I can't think of any other players with his physique, when Murray showed off his arm muscles after defeating Gasquet he just looked oafish. Nadal never appears uncouth.
