yeah Krispy Kreme came and went around here, and much of Canada I expect. I don't think they have any retail locations any more
it was good, but it only had one kind up here, really sugary donuts.

I wish they'd fuck off though. Every morning they're so busy the street is backed up with bloody morons waiting to get into the drive-thru.
Go in assholes!
Sadly, there is not a Tim's two minutes from us. It's more like a two hour flight! :( After Tybird reads this thread, he'll be in mourning for the Iced Maple donut. Ya'll enjoy for us, please! The Daystar

We were in Halifax for the PJ show when I was introduced to Tim Horton's! I'm dying to go back...loved the town and loved the donuts. We have Krispy Kreme down here...which is like a diabetic coma in circular form. The Daystar

Blech!
P.S. In general, not a lot of Maple syrup consumed here in the Southern U.S. The climate's not right for producing it, so we use syrup from sugar cane and similar sources. All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't have the Tim Horton's obsession that other Canadians do, but I do enjoy a Boston Cream donut on occasion. No time to be void or save up on life. You got to spend it all.0 -
