Im trying to deal with a breakup, i can't understand how people move on with another relationship within days of a breakup, but i guess thats just me.

    I'm sorry...I've been having problems too. I don't know how people move on like that...I guess they weren't really in love w/the person or it's a rebound relationship.

    i think when people are able to do that, they have probably been moving on in their mind for a while before letting the other person know. they have already prepared themselves and gotten used to the idea of the break. that is why it seems so heartless.

    I never really understood that either.

    My last bad breakup I read "The Four Agreements" and it actually helped. Esp the part about "Don't take anything personally."

    Some people are just like that.

    what's "The Four Agreements"?....well I do take everything personally..I am way too sensitive for my own good :(

    Join the club. And, I'm really sorry to hear you're hurting. Breakups suck...and there really aren't any words I can say to make you feel better. Maybe watch Swingers...this might help.

    I take everything personally too - very hard habit to break.
