    Incredible. Did you use salt?

  • You can't just tell us you had an omelette and then not tell us what was in it.

Give us something to work with here. :D

Ya, like did you bake it? Freerange eggs? Side of bacon? Mickey mouse ear pancakes?

My usual omelet is 3 organic free range eggs, 2 organic green onions, pre cooked sliced up chicken breast (seasoned with white onion, ground pepper, and garlic), then grate some mozzarella on it (flip or fold to melt it in), and of course some finely ground sea salt. (a dash of peanut oil in the pan instead of butter).

    Pretty killer situation.

I make omelettes with whatever is in the fridge. I like to serve them while naked to my man for breakfast in bed. I'm told that I am a great cook!

I've gotta try every suggestion, they all sound good, and maybe a healthier choice would be better.
