It's on you, Indy

Sure, you might be the least discussed defending Super Bowl champions ever, Indianapolis Colts, but those 13 regular seasons mean nothing. Beat San Diego, which is German for "whale's vagina" I've heard, could screw everything up if they win on Sunday. The Colts are the only team that can knock off the Pats and they might be the only team that New England respects. Please make the Pats Sosa, not McGwire. Now I know the Colts have all the motivation they need to beat San Diego and slay New England. My words have touched Tony Dungy, Peyton Manning and Marvin Harrison. You're welcome, NFL fans.

It's like knowing a comet is about to destroy everything. You see it, know it's coming and realize that there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. It's on you, Indy.

No doubt. Nothing that means less could mean more. It's on you, Indy.

  • As a native of Indy, I can only hope that the Colts pull it off. I don't really even care if they win the Super Bowl, I just want to see them beat the Pats. Plus, it was a nice change of pace to be able to watch Colts games this season without hearing this, "So, is this the season where Peyton gets the monkey off his back?"

It was a long time coming, too. Even as a Steelers fan, I could appreciate ol' Peyton winning one. I guess he separated himself from Tee Martin. Martin was a former Steeler, by the way. Go Colts.

even the sun shines on a dogs ass sometimes

i love how this season has put brady SO far ahead of peyton in terms of who is the best qb to play in the last 7 years.

imagine if peyton had what tom had the past 6 years

    he'd be matt hasselbeck :)

Thanks for nothing, Colts. Nice win by the Chargers, but I don't think they have a chance in New England with a banged-up LaDanian Tomlinson. Crap.

Damn. I was really pulling for the Colts.

The Chargers will fall to the Pats.

    Go Pack go!!!
  • Remember you heard it right here....

San Diego matches up well with New England, they've got alot better pass rush than Indy would have had.

It just depends on whether LT can come back.

San Diego is mean spirited enough to manhandle the Patriots offense.

  • Dang...that was unexpected. Well, the better team won today. I find it very fitting that the last game in the RCA Dome was a loss. Oh well, Go Chargers, go Packers!!!
