Eatin' the green ones first....

Whenever I have a bag of sweets, I ALWAYS eat the green ones first. I don't know why :confused:

I'm the same with most other foods, get the boring stuff out the way first and leave the nummie bits til the end.

Anyone else do this?
Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    aye. only makes sense to eat the less-delish stuff first. :D

    but, to me, that doesn't always mean eating the green ones first.

    Yep. I do this all the time :D
    Last week, I left my favourite bits of sushi (tuna rolls) til the end of the meal and then had to share them :(

    See, that's what I don't understand. The green ones aren't any less taste-tastic than the others! :confused:

    I am exactly the same! Especially with pizza. Will always eat the less desirable (if there is such a thing) slice first.

    I like the lost lasting tastes of what was last.

    Pizza's my favourite and I can't stand eating the 'best' slice first!

    depends on what you're eating. :confused:

    like today.. I had tuna, tomatoes, cottage cheese and broccoli for lunch. and though I've recently taken a liking to broccoli (a few weeks ago even wild horses couldn't have made me eat it), I ate it first cause for some reason it was the less tasty bit. and incidentally, it's green. :D

    well green is my favourite colour and green sweets tend to be the best i.e apple/lime.

    I know. but the younger and more foolish me didn't realise it. :eek:

    so glad I've come to my senses. I used to have real difficulties in eating cooked veggies.. couldn't stand them. still can't eat cooked carrots (well, I can but I don't find them delicious) but anything else I'm coping with. :D

    Green is also my favourite color.

    The fact that I eat them first upsets me :( but IMO, the best ones are usually orange :D
