RIP Albert. I always found his views on drugs refreshing, honest and progressive for a man of his generation.

Wasn't he still doing acid til he died? I heard he said that his invention was utterly harmless for people that had any business taking it. Can't really argue with that when the guy was 102.

Rip. Thanks for making me trip so hard I tried calling 911 to tell them I was fucked up and I took a shower with my clothes on and tried to drown myself in an inch of water. Good times.
    I'll be back

If it wasn't for Albert, I would have never seen a headless man!

  • I wonder if he pulled an Aldous Huxley and dropped about 10x the normal dosage as he was on his deathbed... that's how i'm gonna do it if possible!!!

Did it once and it changed my life. It allowed me to resolve some inner conflicts that I didn't even recognize before. I've been a happier and more productive person since that horrific yet beautiful night last year.

Its a shame that it isn't being used for psychiatric problems... it is a drug that allows you to see your own problems that you couldn't recognize before and after the trip it is up to you to fix them. I think most people who've done it will know what I mean.

"The only people who are against drugs are the people who never have done them, and the people who sucked at doing them."

i thank him for the times of purple lemons hanging from the poplar trees and ants crawling on the sidewalk in granny-square patterns and the light from street lights beaming down in drops of color and appearing as if i'm inside of a live icy snow globe and seeing through the skin on my hands and non-stop laughing....

here's to Albert for occansionally making it so that being a teen was not so boring.

i hope that the color trails on his last trip were all excellent ones
