Any qualified Football/Soccer coaches in the pit?

I'm starting the FA level 1 coaching course next monday. I help run a girls community football team and in their wisdom they have decided that all their managers and coaches should be qualified. I'ts been sprung on me a bit, so I don't really know what to expect? It runs over a couple of weeks, 3 classrooom evenings and 3 coaching days. Anyone done something similar?
