I havent been much of anywhere, especially lately. I can barely afford to go on a trip to somewhere in the state let alone thousands of miles away.

It was ok, good enough rental. Feel the same way about Vantage Point, I had hoped for great things from both.....but sadly this was not the case...for me.

Kind of did a disservice to the book and the real story.
    Way too much Hollywoood embellishment.

Are you fucking serious?! What a piece of garbage that doesn't even do justice to the book nor to the true story it was based upon.

It's an incredibly short and concise book. Cannot say the same for this movie. If you wanna watch awesome movies about Vegas and/or gambling I'd go with Fear & Loathing, Rounders, Ocean's 11(the original as well as the new one), Leaving Las Vegas (depressing, yes, but great movie), Cincinnati Kid(older movie, but good), Swingers, Very Bad Things, Cooler, and of course the Griswolds in Vegas Vacation...."Mr. Poppigiorgio, right this way..."
  • Loved the book. I'll watch 21 now that its on video, but I'm sure they butchered the story for Hollywood's sake.

I found it to be entertaining, but I didn't think it was THAT good.

Loved the book too. The movie was decent. Entertaining. Definitely did not do the book justice however.

I thought it was alright at best. The real story was so much better. Why they had to go so over-the-top Hollywood, I will never know.

    Because it is Hollywood.
That is how they sell tix and make money.

I watched it over the weekend and enjoyed it.
Not a stellar piece of work but interesting enough.
