I hate tidy graveyards

Give me statues and ivy.

Trees -- especially weeping willows

Give me streams

Give me a hill

Give me bushes

Give me old faded -- cracked pictures

Give me broken tree limbs

Flowers -

wilted and rotted

Give me a view

Give me disorder

Oh, yeah and mausoleums

and wrought iron gates

and rocks -- juttying out and thrown about

OR JUST ROLL ME DOWN A HILL :)

  • I want squirrels cracking nuts on my tombstone (or my head if you roll me down the hill :D )
I want bird droppings running down the side and leaves gathered at the bottom

    I want
    Bird chatter during the day
    and insect songs at night

I want my flowers to be deer food
    and I want firefly lightshows

  • i dont like the graveyards with the stones in the ground. i dont care if it makes mowing easier. it just looks like a huge lawn with no pool or playsets anywhere.

Mowing graveyards must be a pain in the ass.

I used to live on this street here that had exactly that -- short 18th Street (real name of the street BTW :) ) -- it was short because it ended at the graveyard (and had a dead end sign ;) ).
