I hate being on hold. 30mins and counting

I just rang up i.t help for uni, then after being on hold, i get told I selected the wrong option and to call back. FUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCK.

They didn't make the options clear enough to begin with. So I continue to play the waiting game..

P.s they have shit 'on hold' music

    yes i hate this! and you are right.. they always have the worst music. I hope I never have to call my health insurance again for this very reason!! horrible song

    another thing i hate is when the computer voice asks you for all your information. it can never understand what i'm saying, and then when I finally get through to a person.. they immediately ask for the same information:eek:

    I just rang centrelink and got the "voice" and it couldn't understand me! :rolleyes: Like did I stutter or something???? :confused:
    And I got the "someone will be with you in a minute" for like 20 minutes!

    THANKFULLY I eventually got a person and she was real nice, but there was no hold music just endless instructions and I still had to repeat everything when I got her. I'm so glad that's over! :D
