    Well I found this definition chiq, but it's not really how we used it. Tis more affectionately used at my place. Like my Dad used to say to us when we were playing up as kids, "You ratbags get your arses outside and terrorize someone else!"
    Usually if we were being really hypo and tearing around the house, yelling or fighting. :D
