    Thanks!! I really hope so, I am so wasting my talent, intelligence and energy at this job. It's not the kids, it's the whole freakin' system and the manner in which decisions are made and communicated.
    Maybe I am just to idealistic, to proud of the subject I teach, but I want to do my job not just good but great and with the way things are going now this is being made impossible imo.

    So, you also know when those bigger things stop waiting and start finding me? ;)


    p.s. Wish my career was going as well as my personal life though...that part of my life is in the "flow" big time :D

    I agree - you are extremely talented and very intelligent. I know exactly what you mean - it's never been the actual work, clients, etc that's bothered me at jobs...just the bureaucratic bullshit. As much as it sucks right now...this is just a small moment in time out of your entire life. You will find something better...maybe in canada! :)

    You really understand the frustration, eeh! Nice to see that you picked that up in only a couple of sentences. Refreshing to see someone actually "listening" to you!!

    It is just so hard to find another job. There are about 100 applicants for the jobs I am interested in and they always ask 5 years or so experience. And my teaching experience of ten years just doesnt seem to count. The same with the TWO studies I have succesfully graduated from.

    I know I will find something good, but I really wish something could cross my path this instant!
    I have been hanging around at this job for far too long and what I am frustrated about today has been coming back time after time each year. It has been enough!

    pfff.....

    (p.s. anyone else want to rant about their job in the thread...feel free!:D)
