go to the gym at 6:30pm?

what kind of mob scene/zoo am I going to run into?

I'm just tired of sitting here...

    that time's usually not too bad, but in the morning around 8.30-9ish? CRAZY

    If you want to go to the gym, then go. If you're worried it's going to be too busy, then don't. But either way, if you're tired of sitting there, turn off the computer and go and do something.

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    haha well I did go, and it wasn't nearly as crowded as it usually is at that time. I think when the weather is good, people skip the gym. I didn't stay for long though, just did a 5k on the treadmill and some push ups and crunches. this week has kind of been a dud as far as workouts go. I did do the 5k in 29 minutes though, which is the fastest I've gone since I got fat.
