Boston Marathon!

I just checked my friends' status online...they are doing about 6:30 and 8:30 and are around the half way point. the leaders are doing 5:15 (women) and 4:38 (men)!

marathon day is fun. it's perfect weather too. I've never really wanted to do a marathon much (I really like half marathons, but marathons require too much time training), but when I see all this excitement I kind of want to!

    hm. either my friend's chip isn't registering or she's slowed down significantly. I'm a wee bit concerned.

    actually wait, no edit that. I didn't look to see when she actually crossed the start mat. phew!
