    I love the game, can't wait to get over and see one.
    But it shits me that everyone can talk about it and i don't even get to watch the games :(

    I'm in the UK and know enough about what all these threads are about. What I don't know is how anyone can stand to following such a long, boring sport. And no reason why the regular season must be sooooooo long. Would 120 games really not be enough?

    haha.. an Australian Cardinals fan. That's pretty dope that you're a fan of MLB. I didn't know they even showed games down there. You're gonna love it when you finally make it to a game!:D

    The local team i used to play for was the Nerang Cardinals. Played for about 7-8 years, not that good a player but damn i loved the sport. I got Most Improved player 4 years in a row :D:D haha.
    They show games on pay tv, but i dont have pay tv so it sucks :(

    You can't play anymore once you're over 12.

    My friend tried to make me like baseball lately. He decided he's a Cubs fan cos he needs a team to follow. Im not getting it though. Just dont see it. Cricket is another one i cant understand.

    I'm from the UK, I used to watch the baseball a coupld of years ago (still do when I get chance or pop round to my friends who has it on constantly) and I STILL don't know what half these threads are about :confused:
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    I'm in the UK and although I will occassionally watch the game (apologies fans but it's on at the perfect time over here if you're having a bout of insomnia to watch to try and send you off to sleep) ... I have no idea what is going on in the threads ... and another one who hasn't played rounders since I was about 10 ... although we did see a family playing it on the beach this summer ...
    So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
