DVD Burning question

video file: 125 mins long
dvd+r: 120 mins long

I've started burning the disc already..........will it finish correctly, or just stop in the middle of the video? or will it have an error and not finish burning at all?

This is my first time ever burning a dvd, im a newbie...........

    if it was to long it wouldn't have let your burn it. Did it have auto compress on?
