So I think I was being stalked sunday night

I took my dog for this really long walk sunday night, and I was about to head home, and I decided to go a couple extra blocks. Then I turn up on this street and there is this dark blue truck that turns my way, and the driver just stares at me, and my dog. I didnt think anything of it at first. The truck continues up the street driving really slow. I'm thinking that he's looking for a house, and is lost cause he had out of state plates. I decide to go up the street to make the walk longer, and the truck is now coming down the ally my way really slow again thats when I think something is going on. He turns my way I turn left at the street he turns left and drives by really slow again looking at me. I getting a letting creeped out at this point cause its getting dark out. I continue up the street the truck passes me goes around the block and now is coming down the street my way again. I see a lady watering her yard I walk that way. The truck turns that way too. Thats when I got a little scared. I start walking the same way then hurry and turn the other, and ran home. It was really creepy, cause he had somebody in the passerage side, but I couldnt make it out if it was a man or woman. Wonder if I'm just paroniod. Now I know what it must be like for females in this world.

I didnt see the truck anywhere in sight when I made it to my street.

No I dont think there is any neighborhood watch group in town. I live in a small town of about 15,000 people.

To the OP--that is scary. you could have talked to the lady watering the lawn also just to show him you knew people around you.

Here is something i forgot to mention about 3 or 4 months ago somebody told my brother about some dogs being stolen. I cant remember the breed, but its the same breed as my dog. They were being stolen and used for dog fighting.

Is your dog a rare breed? Dogknappings are on the rise in the UK. People have been threatened with violence at knife and even gunpoint!!

She's a border collie. Just looked it up on yahoo.

You need to let the police know that this happened and give a discription of the car. You will kick yourself if something bad happens and you know you could have help in the situation.
It might have been nothing but you never know, better safe then sorry.
