Does anybody here use organic shampoo? I'm wondering if the reason my hair is thinning is because of the shampoo I use has so much chemicals in it, so I'm thinking of trying organic shampoo. Does anybody know of a good organic shampoo that is good for the scalp?

Organic seems to have lost all meaning now. Organic shampoo makes no sense.

  • Your hair is thinning because of your genetics. Don't waste your money.

  • Right, its not like there are plant based ingredients in shampoo that could be gown organically. Dipshit.

I doubt organic shampoo will prevent any hair loss, but thats no reason not to give it a go :)

Lush do some great lines, and are mostly, if not all organic. Some lines are vegan friendly too.

There are many reasons why you could be experiencing thinning hair, but you can try a "sulfate free" shampoo to see if it makes a difference. These shampoos are extremely gentle on your hair follicles and could help...Abba, Pureology, and Thermacare are great brands.

If you don't have any luck on the sulfate-free bandwagon, try a product line called Nioxin. I was a salon/spa receptionist in high school and I've known many people who swear by it.

Recently I've been using Organix~Coconut Milk products. I love them.

They say the products are organic and sulfate free.

I know they make my hair nice (strong, soft, shiny, healthy, and yummy smelling.) :)
