Well if i still played games i would probalby be as excited as you are but i just don't play them anymore.

I used to love the FF games though.

I've wanted a thread on this for a long time, but I sure as hell wasn't going to be the one to start it!

I bought this game in June after I had finished my exams for the year...if I had bought it before, it would have been too much of a distraction.

This is one of the best Final Fantasy games i've played. I love the new battle system, even though it takes some getting used to. The scenery is great, the characters are really good...the only thing that lets it down a bit for me is the story (which is usually the strongest part of a FF game). It isn't that the story is BAD...it just gets quite complicated, with a lot of very minor characters who I lose track of involved in it (especially if there is a long gap in when i've played it).

But I do love this game. And I am a huge geek. And proud of it. :cool::p
