I was at that show and that setlist fucking rocks. You know, the funny thing is that neither of us had a great time at that show because it was the night after Montreal and the Montreal show blew are minds(the energy was great, everyone in Montreal seem to be there for PJ, and we were right across the street from the venue) Oh, not to mention, we were so hung over that we were still sick at that show, I still get mad I wasnt in the mindset to enjoy the show!

It was the opposite for me.
I was in Montreal but so tired and couldn't enjoy the show that much...Plus, I wasn't on the floor. I still had a great time, but Ottawa ROCKED! It was amazing and that show kinda *shadowed* Montreal for me. I still liked both shows, but Ottawa is probably in my top 3 shows I've been to. :)

Stone singing for the first time...a memorable night and it was so funny to see him up there with the microphone, totally shy and all, haha. And Black was amazing. And and In Hiding...:o oh my...
And I remember my ticked buddy was so grateful for getting Sleight of Hand...that whole night was so special to me.
Oh, I totally missed the preset in Montreal and I'm still regretting to this day cause it was Don't Be Shy :(

What a great show. The first set was probably one of the best I've ever heard. Brain of J was a big highlight for me.

Ottawa and London rate at the top of the list of 13 shows I saw in Canada in '05. Ottawa was absolutely off the charts. Along with a fifth row seat to the incredible spectacular in Saskatoon.

Such a great night. I will always remember this show. Black was just incredible. Wash as the opener. Driving in the rain from and back to Montreal. Met some really cool people. Out of the shows on my list, this might be my favorite or maybe #2.

Stone to Ed on Don't Gimme No Lip: "Bridge baby, bridge!" telling him when to play the bridge because Stone was singing. It was cute. One of my favorite shows definitely.

My hometown show...never thought it would turn out the way it did. I felt nervous about it just because Ottawa is always overshadowed by Toronto and Montreal and the crowds don't even compare, but PJ pulled something special out of their asses for us that night. The weather was shit that night, but it was warm inside.

LOVE this show. I went up to Canada with my brother and two friends, hit Montreal and Ottawa. I'd say this is one of my favorite shows ever, just a sick setlist and we had a blast in Ottawa, pretty fun city. Great memories.

i agree. people talk about ottawa a lot but montreal was one of my top concerts ever and i actually enjoyed that more. between the crowd energy and light years... montreal was a special night for me, for sure.

I thought Ottawa was a much more solid show. Montreal was good, but in my mind Ottawa topped it.

Still ranks as the best show I've ever been to. What an amazing setlist. And who can forget Mike going out into the crowd to do his solo during Alive? That and Don't Gimme No Lip were some of the many highlights for me. And it was probably the longest PJ show I've been to. I also went to the Montreal show before. The crowd in Montreal was definitely better, but the setlist for Ottawa takes the cake. I'll take a killer setlist over a good crowd any day.
